Meet the Chef, Leigh Reddoch Beaulieu
Born and raised in Marianna, Florida, Leigh grew up in the home of Bill and Jackie Reddoch. Her love from cooking came from Aldria Davis, a special lady that cooked for her from a child to an adult. She began practicing in the kitchen with her at an early age. After the passing of her father, she purchased Arrowhead RV in 2004. In 2014, she opened her first restaurant, Up the Creek Cafe. Delicious food and recipes were served here! In 2018 Leigh retired and sold the business. She came home to help raise her grandchildren and cook them her delicious homemade meals! In 2021, she got a wild hair and decided she was ready to cook for the public again and opened Farmhouse Chick. She and her staff are super excited to open a new business in the community and serve food that taste just like home!
